About the Program

Global Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Atlantic-Mediterranean Technological University (UTAMED) in Europe, in collaboration with European Institute of Business and Economics (ISEEN), and “Advanced Certification in Artificial Intelligence” from the International Association for Artificial Intelligence (IAAI).

A global MBA to master strategy, finance, and leadership, integrating data analysis with real decisions on growth, innovation, and international competitiveness. Includes a Final Project applying management frameworks and tools to a real-world case study.

The master’s degree is worth 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) credits, with a total of 1,500 hours, divided into 600 teaching hours and 900 practical hours. The ECTS credit system is used to compare and validate studies between universities and countries in the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process).

Our Methodology

Online learning on the virtual campus of the European Institute of Business and Economics (ISEEN) is delivered by renowned professors and professionals from the program’s faculty. Students progress autonomously through the different learning units and are required to complete the assigned activities, projects, and corresponding assessments. This independent work is supported through continuous guidance from the tutor and regular interaction with the rest of the participants.

To successfully complete the program, students must achieve a minimum overall average of 50%, having completed all assessments and submitted every required task and project. In addition, they must submit a final master’s project and obtain at least a 70% score on its evaluation.

Final project

As the final project for the Global Master of Business Administration (MBA), students will design and develop a comprehensive business management project under the guidance of a tutor. This capstone experience enables them to apply the program’s knowledge in a practical, results-oriented way by identifying a real business challenge—such as growth, expansion, profitability, transformation, a new launch, operational efficiency, or restructuring—then diagnosing the current situation and building an integrated executive strategy.

The Final Project will require students to define the scope, select the analytical framework, and determine the management tools to be used, culminating in an actionable plan that includes objectives, resources, timelines, risks, and performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs). The outcome will be an executive report presenting conclusions, recommended decisions, and a clear roadmap ready to be implemented in a real organization or the student’s own venture.
